Digital Gift Cards 
 
To send a Pacific Fair Digital Gift Card instantly to the inbox of your recipient, simply click the Buy Now button above and follow the below steps:

Step 1: Input the recipient’s details.
Step 2: Nominate a time to schedule the gift card or send it instantly. 
Step 3: Pacific Fair Digital Gift Card Gift Card will be sent via email or SMS and stored in the recipients digital wallet.  

Please note that a $2.95 activation fee applies upon issue of each Pacific Fair Gift Card. 

Physical Gift Card
Just visit the Customer Service Desk, ask one of our friendly staff members; and the Gift Card will be yours in a matter of minutes.

• Upon receiving a Digital Pacific Fair Gift Card you will receive an SMS notification. 
• Click on the link within the SMS and accept the Terms & Conditions.  
• Once you have accepted the Terms & Conditions you will be taken directly to view your Digital Gift Card.  
• Add your Gift Card to your Apple Wallet by clicking the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button.  
• You will then receive a verification code – once verified you are ready to use your Gift Card!   
• Simply take your Pacific Fair Digital Gift Card to any Pacific Fair store where Digital Wallet payment is accepted.  

• To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the reader. 
• For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. 

Digital Gift Cards 
Using the same SMS link that was sent to you when you received your Digital Gift Card, download the GPT Gift Card App to help you check and manage your Gift Card balance.  
Alternatively, you can find your digital gift card balance at Waivpay. 
 
Printed Gift Cards 
To find out your card balance go to Waivpay and click on check balance, or call Customer Care on 1300 764 721. 

For Pacific Fair Gift Cards purchased prior to 1 December 2022, please click here.  

1. Take your Pacific Fair Gift Card to any Pacific Fair store where EFTPOS is available. 
2. Simply swipe the Pacific Fair Gift Card, select ‘Savings’ on the EFTPOS terminal.
3. Enter the PIN number on the back of the Gift Card and press OK.
4. Pacific Fair Gift Cards issued from 1 November 2018 onwards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
5. Check your Pacific Fair Gift Card balance and transaction history by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting Waivpay.com and clicking on check balance.
6. Any Pacific Fair Gift Card that is damaged or faulty at time of issue will be replaced at no extra cost. Please visit the Pacific Fair Customer Service Desk or call 1300 764 721 for assistance.

• The Pacific Fair Gift Card should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• The Pacific Fair Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services at all Pacific Fair stores, where EFTPOS is available. 
• The Pacific Fair Gift Card may be purchased in various denominations from $5 - $250
• Administration Fees; a $2.95 fee applies upon the issuance of each Pacific Fair Gift Card
• The Pacific Fair Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for the payment of credit or retailer accounts, nor used at ATM’s to withdraw cash.
• Individual Pacific Fair retailers are not required to accept the Pacific Fair Gift Card for any purchase under the value of $10.
• Pacific Fair Gift Cards issued from 1 November 2018 onwards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue, and must be redeemed before the date of expiry.
• The Pacific Fair Gift Card will be void and cannot be redeemed after the date of expiry. Once expired, the Pacific Fair Gift Card cannot be reloaded.
• The Pacific Fair Gift Card is partially redeemable. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value before the date of expiry. Cash change will not be given for any unused balance.
• Any unused balance on expiry of the Pacific Fair Gift Card will not be refunded or credited.
• Where the cost of any purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method.
• The cardholder is liable for all transactions on the gift card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Pacific Fair, The GPT Group or any of our employees.
• You can check your card balance at any time by calling 1300 764 721 or visiting waivpay.com and clicking on Balance Check.
• Pacific Fair and The GPT Group reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on the Pacific Fair website, or at the Customer Service Desk.
• Call 1300 764 721 or visit the Customer Service Desk if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Pacific Fair Gift Card.
