Our programs for community engagement are tailored to the needs of our local community and are often achieved through philanthropic donations, fundraising, providing space in-centre for community activities and events, working with local schools, and partnering with local charities to help raise both funds and awareness. Pacific Fair is conveniently located on the Gold Coast Highway at Broadbeach, just 30 minutes north of the Gold Coast Airport and short distance from Surfers Paradise. Click here for more location on where to find us.

Pacific Fair currently offers five hours free parking, or free all-day parking for customers who have spent a combined $300 in any store on the same day. Entry to the car park is free after 5pm. Terms and conditions apply; please click here for more information.

 

Pacific Fair has luggage lockers available for hire at the Visitor Lounge, located on The Boulevard, off Hooker Boulevard. Hire starts from $4 for small bags. Please click here for more information and prices.

 

Our friendly Concierge team are on hand to assist with any question you may have. Concierge desks are located on the Ground Floor near David Jones, on the Ground Floor near Boost Juice or the Visitor Lounge located just off Hooker Boulevard. Concierge is open during general centre opening hours and can also be contacted on 07 5581 5100.

 

At this stage, Pacific Fair does not offer private pick-ups from hotels. Should you wish to request a private transfer, we would be delighted to work with your hotel partner. Please speak with one of our friendly Concierge team members on 07 5581 5100 to find out more.
