  • 14 Ferrero Rochers (or however big you would like to make it!)
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut


  1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees celsius
  2. Take the foil wrapping off the Ferrero Rochers’ and place on a lined baking tray approx 1cm distance apart from each other
  3. Place dried cranberries evenly amongst the Ferrero chocolates
  4. Place another piece of baking paper over the top of the Ferrero Rochres and smashdown with a jar to combine, making a 1cm layer thick chocolate slab
  5. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the Christmas Snap.
  6. Place in the oven for 5 minutes (keeping a close eye on it so it doesn’t burn)
  7. Remove from the oven and place in the freezer for approximately 1 hour or fridge for 2-3 hours.
  8. When ready to eat, crack and enjoy!
