Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake

Elevate your brunch game this Mother’s Day with a croissant bake that is not only easy to prepare, but extremely tasty.

Serves 4-6 (pending size of baking dish)
  • 4-6 croissants cut into halves or thirds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 6-8 slices deli meat ham
  • 6-8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozarella
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of dried thyme
  1. Cut croissant pieces into thirds
  2. Whisk together the thickened cream, spices, eggs, and rosemary
  3. Dip the croissants individually into the creamy mixture. Shake off excess liquid and lay into a baking dish. Fill up the baking dish with crossiants.
  4. Fold the ham and cheese into the spaces.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and until cheese melts
  6. Top with drizzle of honey and thyme
